Red & White on the Water
It was really nice to see the flag on so many boats in the marina.

More from North Bay
Sitting on the dock of the bay...

That's Just Ducky
Next few days will be photos from North Bay.

I See Food
Last day before I'm away from the internet for a week, so I have a couple seemingly random photos (which I suppose is the point of photo a day).
Buns waiting to be toasted on the bbq. Not staged like this, the bbq master just had them stacked up I thought it looked interesting.
And the 2nd photo was just me playing with the zoom and Picasa colour option.
Have a good week!

Black as Night
Living on a highway, it's usually busy with trucks and cars, but the other night it was just dead. Void of the annoying air brakes, and whizzing cars (more annoying than just regular cars going 50km/h is whizzing cars). After grabbing a couple shots of our empty street, I noticed how lights affected the way things looked and took a few more around our place.

Man's Best Friend
The best pooch a person could have. Even the most fearful come to love him! And really, how could you resist those brown eyes? And I'm not just saying this because I'm his mommy, but really, he's the most smarted, cutest, bestest dog in the world!
If he had apposable thumbs, we'd be in trouble. Ever seen a dog hold a ball with his paws?
Blogger
Photos aren't being able to be uploaded at the moment. I'll try again later!
Pond
No time for words.
The magical, mystical, wondorous backyard pond.

Nobody Likes Broccoli
Not even a dog likes it!

From the Week
A mini compelation from my previous few days. A few photos of shadows that just seemed interesting, some shots looking up, our resident frog Hershey, among other things. Cheers.

An Unknown
At this point I don't know what photo I have saved onto my jump drive to add to my post. Been internet/computer less for almost a week and I have some photos lining up for their moment in the spot light (or blog light).
Without further ado; whatever is posted below awaits:

(So apparently I only have one at the moment, but I really do have more on my camera!)
Can You Handle It?
As I was wondering about trying to think of something to take a photo of, I noticed how cool the handle on my bombe chest was. Then I started to recall how much time (and sometimes money) it took to pick out our handles for certain things. So in honour of that (mostly wasted) time, and the fact that most people probably don't notice that my cabinet handles match my fridge handles, some random photos of some handles in my house.

O'Canada
May Two-Four is in anticipation of summer. The Civic a farewell. But Canada Day...that means summer is in full swing. These photos are from July first. I wanted to capture something summery (summeresque?), and seeing as we didn't make it to the beach, the bright colours from my garden will hopefully bring a summer smile to your face.
Happy (belated) Birthday Canada!
